This month we are honored to present new performances from a range of exceptional artists. Classical enthusiasts are in for a real treat. Lang Lang performs a set from Beijing, including world premiere arrangements. Garrick Ohlsson plays a sublime set of Chopin from San Francisco and Pallavi Mahidhara presents a virtuosic program from New York. You will find SpirioSync videos with these artists as well, and those with access to Spiriocast can watch the full programs in our new On-Demand section.
And it is another busy month for SPIRIOCAST. There are live performances with Bill Charlap from New York and Hayato Sumino from Seoul, as well as Illia Ovcharenko and Young-Ah Tak, also from New York, and Younee from Hamburg.
We follow up our recent celebration of Broadway with a set devoted to the great American songwriter, Jule Styne, performed by Simon Mulligan. Known especially for holiday standards like “Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!” and “The Christmas Waltz,” he created hit shows for Broadway like Gypsy and Funny Girl. His many enduring songs include “Three Coins in the Fountain,” “Time After Time,” and so many others.
