Including all-time favorites “Hey Jude,” “Yesterday,” and “Michelle”, the playlist also uncovers the gem “Do You Want to Know a Secret.”
The music of pop icon of the piano Elton John is also featured in a playlist inspired by the new biographical feature film.
The legendary jazz pianist Art Tatum is featured in this month’s SpirioSync video. The rare footage presents Tatum in 1949, performing his unique version of a classical work, Dvorák’s Humoresque No. 7. We also present a video of the popular Belgian pianist Jean-François Maljean playing his own composition “Le Chant du Thermos.”
Korean prodigy ChangYong Shin, recent winner of a number of prestigious international piano competitions, displays his brilliant technique in a program of Chopin Waltzes, Beethoven’s Op. 109 Sonata, and Liszt’s Bénédiction de Dieu dans la solitude.
We also have a collection of tunes associated with the late movie star Doris Day, a playlist to celebrate the Richard Rodgers anniversary, and new arrangements of Bernstein’s West Side Story.
Finally, we introduce the young Thai pianist Poom Prommachart performing Tchaikovksy’s Méditation, as well as a work by a Princess of Thailand.
