Manuela Krenz Mansour, Piano Instructor

Manuela Krenz Mansour has been playing piano since she was 3 years old and began her teaching career in 2000. She teaches ages 4 through adult, specializing in beginning piano through the advanced level. She teaches many styles of music, including classical, contemporary and more and customizes each lesson around the student’s musical needs and desires. Lessons incorporate note-reading, ear training, technique, theory, history, music games, composition and performance skills.

Teaching Program

Manuela’s private lessons involve three parts: warm-up (music games or technical, aural and written exercises), work-out (learning and studying piano repertoire) and stretch (duets, assessment, composition, etc). Manuela utilizes many method books, including the Bastien Piano Basics method, Alfred’s Basic Piano Library, Fritz Emonts’s European Piano Method and more. Two piano recitals are offered per year. Tuition for private lessons is $33 per half hour, billed monthly. Material fees are determined by the instructor. Manuela offers lessons in the late afternoon and evening during the week.
