Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756–1791) was a highly influential Austrian composer of the Classical period. Born in Salzburg, he displayed exceptional musical abilities early on, composing his first pieces by age five. Throughout his life, Mozart wrote over 600 works, including symphonies, operas, chamber music, and choral compositions. Some of his most renowned works are operas like The Magic Flute and Don Giovanni, along with symphonies such as No. 40 and famous piano concertos like No. 21. Mozart is celebrated for his creativity, emotional depth, and masterful use of musical form, cementing his legacy as one of the greatest composers in history.
