Does the Spirio piano come with an included iPad?
Each Spirio customer receives an iPad at no extra charge. However, Spirio pianos do not ship to dealer locations with iPads, so they need to be purchased locally, prior to delivery.

Steinway & Sons recommends the Apple iPad, 32GB, in Gold Finish (or silver for a Sterling-model Spirio). Be sure to purchase AppleCare (the extended warranty) with the iPad.

How are Spirio service costs handled?
Service costs are handled by each region (Americas, EMEA, SAP). For detailed information on service, please contact us at spiriosupport@steinway.com
-
What makes servicing Spirio so important?
- The importance and reason for servicing Spirio must be communicated to customers during the sales process. Spirio pianos are all prepared to a concert level because of the unique accuracy of the playback system.
- When in use, the Spirio is being played exactly as the Steinway artists who recorded the music played it, with all the same nuance and power.
- Because of that, Spirio pianos are being played as a piano in a concert setting, so for optimal performance, it’s important that they are prepared and maintained in the same condition.
